Edna Mavis bridal vintage inspired range is lovingly handmade within our studio based in Melbourne, Australia.
Every piece is created with a focus on design, quality and the finest materials and componants sourced from around the world.

Payment

PayPal only

All orders are to be paid in full, before order is dispatched, and paid within 48 hours of order being placed
IMPORTANT
Customs Tariffs/Taxes are not included in shipping costs. We are not responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia.

Shipping

All items sent within Australia, are sent via Australia Post express. Goods will be sent within 3-5 days from receipt of payment.
Express Post deliveries generally take 1 to 3 working days to arrive, depending on your location, however delays may occur during busy seasons or for reasons beyond our control.

We ship all items within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment, Items are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All international orders will be sent via Registered Post International, this option offers proof of posting, and a signature is required on delivery.
It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.

IMPORTANT

Refunds and Exchanges

Edna Mavis bridal trusts that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however in the event that you wish to return an item or your item is faulty please read our return policy below.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges, unless due to faulty workmanship.
Returns that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given.
PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded under any circumstances.

Faulty Goods
Items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure they are securely and sufficiently packed to protect your purchase. If however your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the faulty goods. You can choose to either have your item repaired, exchanged or refunded.
For faulty items we require you to contact us immediately to report the fault.

Great care is taken when manufacturing to ensure pieces are of the highest quality. If however your product is faulty as a result of deficient manufacturing we are happy to accept returns within 1 month from the date of purchase for repair or exchange. We regret that we can not reimburse you for return delivery but you will not be charged the re-delivery fee

Additional Policies and FAQs

Unless specified we produce items as per sampled. (The closest representation of color, has been displayed in our photos, colors may differ slightly to original samples.)

Customers acknowledge that products are hand manufactured using many semi-precious stones, natural products ie feathers and special finishes and accordingly special maintenance is required.

We use a combination of sterling silver, gold or surgical steel on all ear hooks and studs.
